Projects

These collaborations are rooted in shared commitments to ecological restoration, cultural resilience, and climate justice. They actively shape and deepen the methodologies and ethics of my cultural and spiritual practice. As living laboratories, these projects sustain vital relationships with diverse and threatened ecologies, offering grounded, place-based ways of knowing, healing, and resisting extractive systems. They are both lifeblood and compass—guiding my work at the intersection of memory, land, and liberation.

Tilting Axis is a sustained arts platform for, from, across, and through the Caribbean which I co-founded with Annalee Davis in 2014. It is a call to action to rethink the position and conditions of contemporary art practices in the region.  Its perspective, informed by artist-led initiatives within the archipelago, recognises this space as central rather than peripheral, and is fed by multi-generational voices.
